Payments, Cancellations & Liability

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services and ask that any concerns be reported within 24 hours of service completion. While we take reasonable care during every visit, Jales Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are fragile, unsecured, or improperly stored.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in unsafe conditions and may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
